I’m Back!
Hi everyone,
I’m sorry it’s been a while. I needed some time to figure out my life but I’m back. I have been thinking a lot about life after high school because I want to make money and be independent one day. I have a lot of limitations with my body but not my mind so I feel like writing is perfect for me. I also love food so I have decided to write a cook book of puréed recipes for people like me.
Food that everyone eats tastes super different after being blended and loses a lot of flavor and texture. I have eaten so many bland and boring foods so I want to create something delicious for people like me. Food that is puréed can be nutritious and flavorful too. Please buy my book.
Here is a sneak peek of my first recipe.
Pops tacos
Ingredients:
Chipotle adobo sauce
Chicken breast or tenders
Gluten free tortillas
Cheddar cheese
Lime
Smoked Paprika to taste
Chipotle adobo sauce
Chipotle adobo sauce 7 tablespoons
1 cup mayo
Half a lime
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
Top taco with as much as you like
Protein
Melt a tablespoon of butter or oil to a pan
Toss raw chicken in adobo sauce and whole chilis
Pour chicken and chili into pan and cook until well done
Heat tortillas on another pan
On a plate, place warm tortillas and chicken with some cooked chilis add cheese, other toppings to taste
Puree
Blend away!
Parent Note:
We put the built tacos into the blender with a few tablespoons of water so the consistency is a little thicker than applesauce too little water is better than too much. The blender has to be one of the stronger ones. We use a 1400 Watt Ninja Pro.
